Namoē is operated by Akaviri Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. When this policy refers to “Namoē”, “we”, “us” or “our”, it means that entity.

We collect only what is necessary to provide Namoē’s features. The following data is collected when you use the app:

We do not collect location data, contacts, browsing history, or any data beyond what is listed above.
Your data is used for the following purposes:
- Providing the app: storing your dream entries, delivering your analysis, maintaining your account
- AI analysis: your dream content is processed by Google Gemini to extract the five Hall dimensions and generate your subconscious bearing. This means your dream text leaves our system and is transmitted to Google’s API. See section 04 for full details.
- Global Pulse: anonymised, aggregated dimension data (not your dream content) contributes to the collective pulse. Nobody can identify you from this data.
- Notifications: FCM tokens are used to deliver your bearing reflections and nudges
- Subscription management: purchase receipts are used to verify your subscription status
The Global Pulse is built from classification data only: the five dimension values extracted from your dreams. Your dream text, audio, and images are never included in any collective or shared dataset.
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate Namoē. The following table explains what data each receives and why:

We do not sell your data to any third party. We do not share your data with advertisers. Namoē is ad-free.
Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure located in the EU (Frankfurt / London). All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest.
Dream content is treated as sensitive personal data. Access to dream content within our systems is restricted to what is technically necessary to provide the service.
In the event of a data breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you in accordance with our obligations under UK GDPR.
Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: you can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
- Rectification: you can ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Erasure: you can delete your account and all associated data directly within the app. Your data will be permanently purged from our systems within 30 days of account deletion.
- Portability: you have the right to receive your dream data in a portable format. We commit to providing this on request even if a dedicated export feature is not yet available in the app. Contact support@namoe.space to make this request.
- Restriction: you can ask us to restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances
- Objection: you can object to certain types of processing
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@namoe.space. We will respond within 30 days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe your data rights have not been respected.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data including dream content, account information, dimension classifications, and push tokens will be permanently purged from our systems within 30 days.
Anonymised, aggregated dimension data that has already contributed to the Global Pulse cannot be removed as it is not linked to your identity in any way.
Namoē is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us at support@namoe.space and we will delete the account and associated data promptly.
Users between 13 and 16 in jurisdictions requiring parental consent under GDPR-K provisions should have parental or guardian approval before using Namoē.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the app or by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of Namoē after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all users of Namoē, operated by Akaviri Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
By downloading, installing, or using Namoē you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Namoē. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Namoē offers optional paid subscriptions that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis: monthly or annually depending on the plan selected.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your payment method will be charged at the start of each new billing period.
Managing your subscription. You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.
Free trials. Where a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.
Refunds. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests are handled by them directly under their respective refund policies. Namoē does not control and cannot issue refunds for app store purchases. To request a refund, visit Apple’s Report a Problem page or Google Play’s refund support.
You agree to use Namoē in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following are not permitted:
- Using the app to submit content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, or illegal
- Attempting to overload, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with Namoē’s systems or infrastructure
- Deliberately submitting false, misleading, or nonsensical content to manipulate the AI analysis or the Global Pulse
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription requirements or usage limits
- Using Namoē for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
- Attempting to access another user’s account or data
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms without notice.
Important. Namoē is a reflective tool for personal exploration. It is not a medical device, a psychological assessment tool, a clinical service, or a substitute for professional mental health support.
The dream analysis, archetype classifications, subconscious bearing, and reflections provided by Namoē are generated by AI drawing on established psychological frameworks. They are intended for personal reflection and self-discovery only.
Nothing in Namoē constitutes medical advice, psychological diagnosis, therapy, or clinical treatment. If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, please consult a qualified mental health professional.
We make no claim that Namoē’s analysis is clinically accurate, diagnostically valid, or a reliable indicator of your psychological state. It is an experiment in application, offered for reflection.
Namoē’s IP. All rights in the Namoē app, including its design, code, algorithms, scoring systems, archetype framework, and written content, belong to Akaviri Ltd. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you.
Your content. You own your dream content. The text, audio, and images you submit to Namoē remain yours. By submitting content to Namoē you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store that content for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your dreams.
This licence ends when you delete your account or delete the specific content. We will not use your dream content for any purpose beyond providing the service to you.
Namoē is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranty that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI analysis will be accurate or complete.
Dream classification and archetype assignment are produced by AI drawing on psychological frameworks. They are reflective tools, not guaranteed outputs. We do not warrant their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Akaviri Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Namoē, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any harm arising from reliance on the app’s analysis or reflections.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Namoē shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Deletion removes all your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the service. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the app or by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of Namoē after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Namoē will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
